El hotel es moderno, los servicios y el aseo del mismo están óptimos, los pasillos, ases ores y comedor están excelentes. Solo cambiaría que aceptarán pagar en efectivo y la ubicación es definitivamente para los que tiene como objetivo el aeropuerto, ya que está muy lejos de el centro de Berlin

最上階の部屋で、大きな斜め向きの屋根が解放感がありました。

除了位置不近柏林市中心之外，沒有甚麼可以批評這所酒店。如果選擇乘座公共交通工具，要走到最近的大站Mahlow就可以。如果自駕遊，汽車可以泊在酒店旁邊的公共泊車位，不建議隨處泊車，我就被發了一張罰票，雖然只是€15，但只網上交罰款。附近環境相當優美。

Das Hotel liegt knapp außerhalb Berlins. Vorteil ist, dass hier keine Hotelsteuer erhoben wird. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man gibt sich aber Mühe. Zur Zeit bemüht man sich, Abläufe zu automatisieren. Beispielsweise den Check-in. Klappt aber nicht so richtig. Auf den Fluren hängt ein verwaister PC für das Internet, der aber nicht funktioniert. Warum baut man den nicht ab? Sehr nett ist der freie Kaffee im Eingangsbereich. Warum nimmt man kein Bargeld an? Gibt es da nicht Gesetze? Egal. Die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise nicht sehr freundlich und gastbezogen. Hier wäre ein Verhaltenstraining anzuraten. Schlimm finde ich, dass die Zimmer standardisiert nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt werden. Immerhin wird man beim Check-in darauf hingewiesen. Auf der Homepage sieht man davon aktuell nichts. Ich musste sehr eindringlich darauf hinwirken, dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt wird. Aber, das Hotel ist für den Preis unter dem Strich okay.

Hotel comodo situato in prossimità dell’aeroporto. Ragazza alla reception gentile e simpatica, camere spaziose e confortevoli. Nota negativa il servizio del ristorante, forse è stata una serata sfortunata. Attenzione parcheggio interno a pagamento.
